Terms
These terms are the licence for Nimbo, a Mac app by Silent Alchemy ("we"). By buying or using Nimbo you agree to them.
Buying
- Nimbo is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
- Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record. Theirbuyer terms apply to the payment.
- Your licence key and download link arrive by email.
- Refunds are covered on the refunds page.
Your licence
- One Mac per key. Each licence key works on one Mac at a time.
- Personal use. The licence is for you. You can use Nimbo for your own work, including paid work.
- You may not share, resell or publish your licence key, or try to get around the licence check.
- You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
- We keep all rights to Nimbo. You are buying a licence to use it, not the app itself.
- If your purchase is refunded or charged back, the licence ends and the key stops working.
Other apps and services
Nimbo works with apps and services we don't run, such as Music, Spotify, Calendar, Open-Meteo, LRCLIB and AI coding tools. We can't promise they will keep working the same way.
No warranty
Nimbo is provided "as is", without any warranty, as far as the law allows. We don't promise that it will be free of bugs, work without interruption, or suit a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, from using Nimbo. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the current one.
