Refunds
If Nimbo isn't for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Email support@silentalchemy.co within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you bought with, or your order number from the receipt.
What happens next
- We refund you through Lemon Squeezy, who ran the checkout.
- The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long that takes, usually 5 to 10 working days.
- You get the full amount back, including any tax you paid.
- Your licence key stops working once the refund goes through.
After 14 days
We don't normally refund after 14 days. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway and we'll look at it. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
